1. The working principle of the single-line oil sensing plug is that when the engine is running, the pressure measuring device detects the oil pressure, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal, and sends it to the signal processing circuit. After voltage amplification and current amplification, the amplified pressure signal is connected to the oil pressure gauge through a signal line.
2. The ratio of the current through the two coils in the variable oil pressure indicator indicates the engine oil pressure. After voltage amplification and current amplification, the pressure signal is compared with the alarm voltage set in the alarm circuit. When the alarm voltage is lower than the alarm voltage, the alarm circuit outputs an alarm signal and lights the alarm lamp through the alarm line.
The oil sensing plug pushes the pressure diaphragm of the sensor to change the resistance value and capacitance value of the sensor by the pressure inside the machine. The faults of insufficient oil pressure alarm are generally failure of the oil induction plug, insufficient oil, blockage of the oil pump filter, and damage to the oil pump. If there is an oil warning signal, it is time to repair it.
