The conveying medium of the blower is mainly clean air, clean coal gas, sulfur dioxide and other inert gases. Other flammable, explosive, erodible, toxic and special gases can also be produced and transported on demand. The blower is mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (also fuel tank), and drip nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically by the biased rotor in the cylinder, and makes the volume change between the blades in the rotor slot to suck in, compress, and spit out the air. 1. Because the impeller runs in the body without friction, the blower does not need lubrication, and the blower makes the discharged gas free of oil. It is an ideal pneumatic conveying air source for chemical, food and other industries. 2. The blower is a volume-operated blower. When in use, the flow changes very little with the change of pressure. But flow varies with RPM. Therefore, the selection range of pressure is very wide, and the selection of flow rate can be achieved by selecting the rotation speed.
