The built-in gasoline grid is installed in the fuel tank and assembled with the gasoline pump to form a gasoline pump assembly.
The replacement method is:
1. The removed oil pump assembly, the original white rubber has turned yellow, and the oil pump, filter and oil level sensor are integrated on it.
2. Replace the corresponding parts on the old gasoline filter with the new gasoline filter assembly.
3. Put the fuel pump assembly with the replaced fuel filter back into the fuel tank. It is best to lubricate the sealing rubber ring of the fuel pump to avoid the leakage of fuel or fuel gas due to poor sealing after the sealing rubber ring is twisted. Then, install the retaining snap ring of the oil pump, and use a special tool to pre-tighten the snap ring according to the standard torque in the maintenance manual. Finally, install the fuel pump wire plug and the fuel pipe on the fuel pump to test the car to check whether there is leakage. If there is no leakage, install the seat. If there is leakage, reinstall the sealing rubber ring.
4. Install the replaced fuel pump assembly to the original position. Connect the oil pipeline, close the lid, and you're done.
